What we do
Goditela runs workations: 1–2 week trips that blend remote work with real travel in rural corners of the world, always in connection with the communities who live there. It’s never just a nice backdrop: every workation brings you face to face with the people behind authentic, meaningful projects taking root in these places.
It’s an exchange both ways: participants bring energy and support, and take home stories and a different way of seeing things, while the communities gain support, exposure and connections they wouldn’t otherwise have.
Why we started this
Goditela was born from a simple idea: work doesn’t have to happen in isolation. Every trip we design is a chance to slow down, work well, and actually meet the people and projects shaping the places we visit, not just pass through them.

We work with local communities, not staged experiences: the projects we visit are real, ongoing, impactful.

Goditela is designed and run from Ticino, Switzerland. We bring Swiss precision to how every workation is planned and run: nothing left to chance, every detail thought through.
But Ticino also gave us something else, a warmth and sociability shaped by its closeness to Italy, a genuine, people-first approach to hospitality. That mix is who we are: Swiss enough that you can relax and trust the details, warm enough that it never feels corporate.
